How do I get help with a product?
Email us with the name of the product and a short description of what's happening. Screenshots help. We reply within one business day.
Where can I find my license or receipt?
Receipts are sent to the email used at purchase. If you can't find yours, contact us and we'll resend it.
Do your macOS apps run on Apple Silicon?
Yes. Our macOS applications are universal and run natively on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.
How do I request a refund?
Reach out within 14 days of purchase and tell us what went wrong. We'll make it right.
